Since then, her older brother Chow Chi Jim (Lui Fong) and sister-in-law Shui Tin Lan (Margie Tsang) have no choice but to open a pet shop for a living. While seeing each other day and night, the battle between the “cat” and the “dog” becomes never-ending.

Chun accidentally uncovers a secret relationship between Yu and Leung. Yu turns to Chun for advice since she has found that Leung has affair with another woman. The two of them gradually develop feelings on each other but they don’t know how to express themselves. During the time, Man Chi Kei (Bernice Liu), the daughter of the big boss, suddenly pursues Chun. Chun finally realizes who his true love is but the timing is just not right.

Personal Comment:
I just finish watching the first few episode and it is really funny especially Gallen being so cold towards everyone including his co-workers. Be expected to watch Gallen and Myolie arguing all the time. I can’t remember if I saw any drama where Gallen was the bad person. I still love his character in Golden Faith. One of my favorite. By the way, the voice over for the SIU PA sounds like the voice for Cooking Master Boy anime.

As she is still full of confidence that she can determine her son’s future life, a plain, geeky-looking girl named Chow Lai-Man (Myolie Wu) has already managed to become the wife of Duk. Later Man resigns from the police force and chooses to work as a magazine journalist, thus leading to even more conflicts between her and Bik.

Not long after, Bik is dragged into a scandal and gets framed by her assistant Ko Ga Bo (Joyce Tang), which causes her to lose her place all of a sudden. Facing a dramatic career slump and her deteriorating relationship with her son and daughter-in-law, Bik moves to the outlying islands on her own. There she meets a new man in her life, the knowledgeable and talented But Ping-Fan (Benz Hui) who was once a convict. From Fan, Bik has learnt how to reflect on herself and let go of the past. As everything seems to be going fine, Man discovers that there is a conspiracy going on and that the magazine she is working for is in danger of falling apart.

Personal Note:
This is a modern sequel to the popular 2005 ancient comedy drama War of In-Laws. This time, Liza Wang will continue to act her role as the sassy mother-in-law. However, she is now the head of a fashion design company. I watch a the first two episode and find it interesting so I decided to include it in here. I’m sure most of the readers would have watch it and for those who haven’t feel free to download and watch it. You can still have some good laugh even though you have watch it for a few time. By the way, this is the first TVB series to go HD.
