Synopsis :
Hoi Sing (Raymond Lam) and his mother Ho Wai-Sum (Lui Yau Wai) have been runs a domestic appliance manufacturing factory. Sing’s uncle Hoi Leung (Lau Chung Yan) is a money-minded snob who has been seeking to acquire the factory by whatever means. Leung’s wife Cheng Ming-Chu (Cecilia Yip) and daughter Hoi Mei-Sz (Toby Leung) try to intercede for Sing and finally manages to convince the man to put the acquisition on hold.

Eager to covet the plant site, Leung places a spy Fong Lai-King (Zhao Ziqi) in the factory to create havoc. To convince Leung give up on his acquisition plan, Sum reveals a long-kept secret. Sing on the other hand invites his friend Chung Lam-Tai (Bosco Wong) to join his factory as an ally to the family business.

But who would have thought that Tai is a wolf in sheep’s clothing and Sing gets betrayed by Tai. To top it off, his fiancée Chuk Yiu-Kwan (Song Wen Fei) calls off their wedding. The cold reality eventually forces the lad to retaliate with fierce commercial strategies with his next of kin.

Prestige Silver Chamber”, the largest jewel company in Foshan, Guangdong Province China, is facing serious financial difficulties. In order to obtain a loan from Shum’s family, Sheung Hang (Paul Chui Pui), owner of the Chamber, together with his primary wife, Choi Siu-Dip (Nancy Sit Ka Yin), plot to arrange marriage between Sheung Wan (Ng Wai Kwok), Hang’s younger brother, and Shum Wing-Tung (Winnie Yeung Yuen Yee), daughter of Shum’s family. Fueled by hatred, Ching Sau-Hang (Christine Ng Wing Mei), Wan’s lover, marries Hang and ironically becomes Wan’s sister-in-law. Wan falls out with Hang, and opts to live abroad and disconnects from his family. After leaving home for years, Wan does not return home until the occasion to celebrate his father’s birthday. Tension between the two brothers comes to a head when Hang is reluctant to pay ransom to save the youngest son of Wan. Wan is determined to disconnect completely from his family ever since.

Synopsis :
Generations come and go,
but the “love” remains forever…

Chung Siu Hor (Lee See Kei) and her husband Gam Tai Jo (Ha Yu) have been working hard for many years to establish a famous reputation for their Moonlight Cake Shop. However, Hor discovers that Jo committed adultery with her best friend Yan Hung (Michelle Yim Mai Suet) and she breaks up with him miserably. Hor brings along her children Gam Wing Ho (Raymond Lam Fung), Gam Wing Hing (Fala Chen Faat Lai), and her adopted daughter Suen Ho Yuet (Tavia Yeung Yi) and sets up another cake shop for a living.

Hung moves in to live with Jo and she starts playing tricks in the family. She tries pleasing her mother-in-law Sheh Kwan Lai (Lee Heung Kam) in every way while disuniting her stepsons and Jo. Outside the family, Hung starts expanding their business rapidly. Hor’s younger sister Chung Siu Sa (Susanna Kwan Kuk Ying) is displeased. Sa decides to fight for the ownership of their cake shop’s brand name in court with Hung. Their relationship with Hung further deteriorates.

Apart from the cake shop business, Hor also spends a lot of efforts on her children. Her oldest son Gam Wing Ga (Moses Chan Ho) is not interested in managing the cake shop at all and he indulges himself on stock trading. He also develops an entangling relationship with his cousin Lo Ga Mei (Kate Tsui Tsz Shan) and Yuet at the same time. On the other hand, Hor’s younger son Wing Ho takes up the role of a father in the family and he works hard all of the time to earn a living. Wing Ho loves his childhood friend Chau (Linda Chung Ka Yan) whole-heartedly, but Chau is in love with the doctor Ling Chi Shun (Bosco Wong Chung Chak).

Hor works hard unconditionally to strive for the well being of her family members. Hung, on the other hand, is a very mean person who values her own benefits only. Jo is caught between the two women all of the time and he feels helpless. One day, a disaster happens at the cake shop. Here comes a time when human nature, family bonds, and love are brought to a trail…

As a stockbroker, Wong Chi Chung (Tse Tin Wah) is not cunning and tricky enough. Many of his customers have turned to the new securities firm in the same estate. Top broker of the firm, Ting Shiu King (Lam Ka Wah), tries to expand his customer base by developing the housewives market. He teaches Chung’s wife Tseung Yue Chu (Sheung Tin Ngor) all about stock exchanges. Chu earns a lot of money through King and many housewives follow her blindly. Chung wants Chu to stop indulging in stock market and they fight with each other all the time. Feeling lost in both his career and marriage, Chung meets his puppy lover Koo Ka Chun (Tang Lai Ming) and discovers that she also works as a stockbroker.

While everybody has become a devoted stockholder, the market suddenly drops drastically. All the housewives lose large amounts of money and get devastated. Chu tries to pay for the debt by working multiple jobs and she also decides to reconcile with Chung. Unfortunately, Chung has been framed by Chun and King. As an extraordinary housewife, Chu is not defeated at all. She stays calm, bounces back and gets ready to strive against the villainy.
